We are the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance. Our mission is to build bridges between various companies in Industry 4.0 and IIoT area, from small ones to the biggest in the world.

The Open Industry 4.0 Alliance is a growing global implementation alliance (non-profit industrial association) with 100+ member companies who are experts in Industry 4.0 products, solutions, and services from shop floor to top floor. The vision of the OI4 Alliance is the business acceleration through the implementation of Industry 4.0 standards and vertical & horizontal integration of data and processes.

Our openness, collaboration and focus on customer values clearly differentiates us from similar initiatives. The bigger and stronger the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance becomes, the more successfully we can master the major challenges of Industry 4.0 together.

We are currently looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) – Content Creation based in Munich (hybrid way of work).

Carry our Industry, Technology and Community vision into Industry 4.0 world with us! Work closely with the OI4 team, the powerful and international member companies and partners!

You will work closely with Marketing & Communication as well as with Technical Content Management.
You will support us in the areas of content creation and development about existing platforms (e.g. Website, Sharepoint, LinkedIn…)
You will support the creation of internal & external documents, marketing material and other visuals related to media design.
Developing interactive and creative learning materials for internal and external use.
You will be able to lead your own projects where you will find optimization needs.

Enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Technical Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, Content Creation or related).
You are based in/close to Munich.
Fluency in German and English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience in creating media and documentation
Basic knowledge of SharePoint and Wordpress is a plus but not a must.
A solid understanding of the target group's preferences and behaviors, ensuring the creation of engaging and relevant content and strategies.
You have very strong writing/graphic skills and the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content for various audiences.
You are proactive and willing to take on responsibility from day 1 as part of the team and independently build your responsibility area.
You are open towards different people, mindsets and cultures with fire and resilience to grow and manage a digital community.
