Job description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in selling cars. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in the Rent To Buy, Car rental or car sales industry is a plus but not a necessity. If you are passionate about sales and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Drive car sales from initial customer contact to final purchase, including rent-to-buy options.
Accurately capture and maintain customer and sales data, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Manage customer expectations and build strong relationships.
Attain KPI's and KPA's.
Work together to facilitate a deal that satisfies the customer while yielding the highest return for the company.
Actively engage with customer inquiries.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory to provide expert recommendations and encourage customers to make a purchase.
Conduct test drives and effectively demonstrate vehicle features.
Perform adhoc duties as requested by management.

Minimum experience & qualifications required:

Matric Certificate.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in car sales or a sales role.
Ability to interact with customers.
Knowledge and experience in handling sales objections and closing deals.
Own reliable transport including a valid Driver's License.

Basic of R5500 + attractive incentive structure to earn over R20 000 with only 10 sales per month, over R30 000 with 15 sales per month, and more. Write your own monthly salary cheque. (Incentive structure to be discussed in the interview)

Working hours: Monday - Friday 06:45 am - 5 pm, Saturdays 07:30 am to 2 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to R30,000.00 per month
