Mechanical Team Leader

Location: Ealing, London

Salary: £53,607 - £63,157 per annum (inclusive) Grade 13-15

The Role

The Councils Property Services delivers comprehensive building maintenance and facilities services to around 130 buildings across the borough. This is an opportunity to work as a key member of the mechanical team providing planned and preventative maintenance across the corporate property portfolio.

Skills and Qualifications

Extensive working knowledge and experience of mechanical maintenance activities including repair of water and heating systems and mechanical assets in commercial buildings
Understanding and working awareness of Health and Safety regulations and systems including statutory compliance, asbestos awareness and PPE sufficient to safely access environments
Organised and able to demonstrate ownership of issues through to completion, and an ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work schedules
Experience of staff management and an ability to organise and motivate a team
Computer Literacy including use of handheld PDAs and Microsoft Office packages
UK Driving Licence
