The Package

Basic Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)

On Target Earnings: £50,000 - £100,000

Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Job

Covering for holidays, vacancies and sickness all responsibilities as Branch Manager across the area of (Insert Area)
Providing personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice to ensure customers receive the best possible service
Motivate, inspire and manage the team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions
Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance
Work closely with your sales team, downloading new properties and matching them with potential customers
Value properties and provide advice on showcasing them effectively to achieve the best possible price
Stay updated on current market conditions and develop a reputation as an expert in your field

Ability to build great relationships with customers and a strong record of turning valuations into listings and sales
Demonstrated leadership and adaptability towards teams
Drive, determination, pace, passion, and enthusiasm
Ambitious and self-motivated, able to work in a pressurized environment
Focused on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary”
Genuine interest in people and helping them find their perfect home

Full driving license required
