Transportation: Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, materials, or passengers as per assigned schedules and routes.
Delivery & Pickups: Ensure timely delivery of products to customers, collecting receipts, and confirming delivery completion.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it's in good condition (e.g., tire pressure, oil, lights, brakes). Report any mechanical issues or required maintenance to the logistics team.
Documentation: Accurately complete and submit daily mileage logs, fuel consumption records, and delivery forms.
Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and regulations, and ensure the safety of passengers and goods during transportation.
Customer Service: Engage with customers courteously during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any delivery-related concerns.
Load & Unload: Assist in loading and unloading products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
Routing & Navigation: Plan the most efficient routes for trips, using GPS and other navigation tools to avoid delays.
Inventory Control: Check and verify delivery items against orders to ensure accuracy before leaving the warehouse.
Ad hoc Duties: Assist with additional tasks, such as supporting warehouse operations, as required by the logistics team.
