The HR Business Partner for Tradebyte is embedded in the P&O B2B Business Partner Team and focusses on consulting our Tradebyte HR colleagues, supporting and co-delivering the local P&O strategy in the Zalando context, assessing integration potential for Tradebyte in existing Zalando practices as well as the other way around. The P&O Business Partner acts as the first point of contact for the Tradebyte COO and the local HR team and is representing Tradebyte in global Zalando projects. As a member of the B2B Business Partner Team, the Senior P&O BP will also contribute to the wider strategic P&O agenda for the B2B organization.

You have 3-5 years working experience as a HR Business Partner, or in a similar role, in a bigger and fast paced environment including a proven track record of organisational development, change management, talent management and project management
You possess a start-up mentality with the ability to work successfully in a high-scale company
You are a reliable sparring partner for leads who enjoys winning them over with facts and figures, a certain dose of charm and courage to raise your opinion in a constructive manner, while also being an active listener that is open to new perspectives
You have strong capabilities in the fields of solution development, a clear and structured communication, adjusted to stakeholders on all levels of the organisation, as well as fluent German and English language skills
As a plus you also bring knowledge of both individual and collective labour law

You know the overall Business Strategy and people challenges and proactively derive decentral strategies to support the organisational development and people strategy
You collaborate with our Center of Excellence to enable leaders on people topics
You provide expertise on performance management, compensation and benefits, career development as well as disciplinary measures and autonomously consult, inspire and enable business leaders on a diverse range of people topics
You actively work with KPIs and our employee survey as a steering tool to maintain and strengthen the health of our business units by providing insights and translating them into actionable measures that can be adopted by the majority of the units
You support changes in all areas, e.g. driving organisational design topics, levelling up talent management, and much more
