The HR Business Partner for Tradebyte is embedded in the P&O B2B Business Partner Team and focusses on consulting our Tradebyte HR colleagues, supporting and co-delivering the local P&O strategy in the Zalando context, assessing integration potential for Tradebyte in existing Zalando practices as well as the other way around. The P&O Business Partner acts as the first point of contact for the Tradebyte COO and the local HR team and is representing Tradebyte in global Zalando projects. As a member of the B2B Business Partner Team, the Senior P&O BP will also contribute to the wider strategic P&O agenda for the B2B organization.
- You have 3-5 years working experience as a HR Business Partner, or in a similar role, in a bigger and fast paced environment including a proven track record of organisational development, change management, talent management and project management

You are a reliable sparring partner for leads who enjoys winning them over with facts and figures, a certain dose of charm and courage to raise your opinion in a constructive manner, while also being an active listener that is open to new perspectives

You have strong capabilities in the fields of solution development, a clear and structured communication, adjusted to stakeholders on all levels of the organisation, as well as fluent German and English language skills
