We are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation in their recruitment of bottling maintenance technicians for their busy and fast paced plant outside of Glasgow.

Key responsibilities include:

Complete and review routine inspections and preventative maintenance on bottling machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimise downtime and increase throughput at the correct quality standards.
Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently according to company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with production teams to enhance equipment performance and optimise efficiency.
Use our Computerised Maintenance Management System (IFS) to maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Ensure that safe working practices and quality procedures are strictly followed to ensure compliance with HMRC, environmental legislation and ISO requirements to produce a safe product.
To provide technical support to ensure maximum efficiency from production and engineering assets, ensuring planned and corrective maintenance tasks are completed as scheduled.
Build and maintain key relationships with bottling, vat hall and site services maintenance personnel, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring objectives are implemented throughout site.

This is a shift position working over early/back/night Monday to Friday.
