Community Relations Director (Sales & Marketing)

Newhaven Court at Clearview, Senior Living and Memory Care, of Butler, PA is looking for an energetic and influential sales and marketing professional to successfully market our premier community to individuals and professionals in the Butler area. Newhaven Court at Clearview is part of IntegraCare, manager of Senior Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Salary: Base salary is $62,000 - $64,000 per year + Monthly marketing bonuses and quarterly community performance bonuses! (Potential annual earning of $100,000)

Responsibilities include:

· Drive revenue growth through lead follow up and professional referrals

· Achieve census and sales activity goals

· Take action through strong initiative and self-direction

· Build and maintain positive relationships with local referral sources

· Travel to referral sources and organizations within the local community

· Manage the inquiry and admissions process

· Maintain the marketing lead base

· Create marketing plans and conduct presentations to community groups

· Coordinate tours of the community

Qualifications include:

Three (3) or more years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the long-term health care industry
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
Valid driver’s license.
