A reputable company is looking for a Accredited Facilitator / Project Coodinater to join their training division in Durban , KZN.

Conduct training needs analysis
Research and recommend learning equipment
Design training manuals and deliver training programs in alignment with program
Coordinate and plan all training sessions(related to the environment, logistics, room arrangements and ground rules of the session)
Facilitation as per the client / project requirements
Organize in-house and offsite activities, like presentations, job simulations and role-playing exercises
Confer with clients/management to determine the desired outcomes of the program
Make sure all beneficiaries packs or portfolios are up to standard
Measure outcomes from training conducted
Evaluate the results of learning courses and compile Training outcomes
Report on project costs
Report weekly and monthly on training progress
Attend / Organise seminars / workshops in line with the programme

+3 experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinator or Project Facilitator or similar role
BSc degree in Education, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Accreditation with SETA (compulsory)
Project Management experience will be an added advantage
Drivers licence
Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Familiarity with Talent Management and career paths
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexi hours
Good practical skills
Ability to solve problems and effective decision-making skills
