Senior Sub Agent – Highways

Salary: £38000 - 48000
Location: Yorkshire
Regions: North of England, North West

You will require knowledge in the management of staff on a major roads/highways project for a tier one/principal contractor.

Your duties will include:

Assisting the Agent when and where required
Managing and tasking of Site Engineers
Conveying planned works and ensuring the completion thereof
Enforcing method statements and managing the risk
Monitoring the budget and compiling cost reports
Ensuring Health and Safety as well as QA
Flagging and resolving technical issues
Management of Site Engineering staff and subcontractors
Building continuous relationships with the client and Consulting teams

Minimum Requirements:

A Civil Engineering qualification
Extensive previous highways/ major roads construction projects
Experience on large projects for tier one/principal contractors
Sound management skills
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
