Role Overview: This is a full-time Family Solicitor position with a strong focus on delivering high-quality client service and building lasting client relationships. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload across family law, including:

Divorce proceedings
TLATA claims
Financial relief matters
Private children applications
Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements

Your role will involve negotiations, drafting agreements, preparing documentation, and, where necessary, representing clients in court. There is also the opportunity to play a proactive role in business development within the department.

Benefits Package:

Basic Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified Solicitor with ideally 4+ years PQE in family law

Solid expertise in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, financial relief, private children matters, and prenuptial agreements
Strong negotiation skills and confident communication abilities
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ambition for business development and a drive for career progression is highly regarded
