- Supporting the Regulatory Affairs team with all administrative and organizational tasks
- Maintaining and managing documents, databases, and internal systems
- Assisting with the preparation, creation, and updating of reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Communicating and corresponding with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in assistance or administration, preferably in a compliance environment
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured working approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- High level of initiative, reliability, and ideally a strong interest in regulatory topics
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
