Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Administration Specialist to join our finance team. Responsibilities:

Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Expense Reporting: Assist employees with expense report submissions, review for compliance with company policies, and ensure timely reimbursement.
Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record retention policies.
Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and statements on a regular basis, providing accurate insights into the company's financial health.
Data Accuracy: Perform thorough quality checks on financial data to identify and rectify errors, ensuring data integrity at all times.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal laws.
Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address financial inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide timely information.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department, including filing documents, organizing financial records, and supporting audits.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA) will be considered a strong asset.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts administration or a similar role. Prior experience with financial data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation is essential.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy to ensure error-free financial records.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
