Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Area Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth within the assigned area.
- Collaborating with the product development team to design and develop innovative solutions.
- Providing expert advice to agents on the use of products across various crops.
- Assisting distributors in developing tailored solutions for crop-related challenges.
- Coordinating logistics and supply chain arrangements for depots, ensuring efficient stock management.
- Managing sales forecasts within the area, ensuring accurate planning for each depot or sales agent.
- Delivering training sessions on Agricultural products and crop solutions for study groups or distributors.
- Overseeing and managing consignment stock in depots to boost sales while maintaining optimal stock levels, in collaboration with the logistics department.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- National Diploma or Degree in Agriculture
- CropLife / BASOS / AVCASA certificate (Essential)
Skills
- 35 years of experience in Product Management.
- Computer Literate in Microsoft applications.
- Must be able to speak Afrikaans.
