In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination, learning how each link in the supply chain contributes to overall efficiency. Minimum Qualifications & Competencies
- Diploma/Degree in Supply chain management/ Logistics/ Procurement
- No work experience in Supply Chain required
- Confidentiality, ethics, integrity and professionalism
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Eager to learn and adapt to supply chain trends and technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking inventory levels, order status, and shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock levels
- Support procurement activities by helping with supplier research, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings
- Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and optimize distribution routes and delivery schedules
- Help prepare reports on inventory, delivery performance, and other supply chain metrics
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation management
