Our client, a prominent financial services company, is looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead their sales team. The role involves maximising sales potential, achieving revenue goals, developing comprehensive sales plans and strengthening brand awareness.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing daily sales and marketing operations.
• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Leading and managing the sales team, providing training and coaching.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Analysing sales performance and providing regular reports.
Education, Experience and Technical Skills Required:
• 5 Years minimum sales management experience.
• Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• FAIS, RE5 & RE1 completed with financial industry experience - advantageous but not mandatory.
• Brief understanding of financial services regulations (FAIS, CPA, NCR Act) - advantageous.
• A track record of identifying & mitigating business risk.
• Knowledge of sales distribution, customer service and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
