Key Requirements: - Qualifications: Red Seal Diesel Mechanic Certificate (Section 13/26D), Grade 12.
- Experience: 5+ years in earthmoving/mining environments.
- Skills: Strong diagnostics, repair, and maintenance expertise; problem-solving; ability to lead and organize.
- Additional: Valid Code 14 license (PDP advantageous), SAPS clearance, fitness certificate, computer literacy (MS Office).
Key Responsibilities: - Inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles and plant equipment.
- Conduct breakdown repairs and manage workshop operations.
- Monitor inventory, diesel, and consumables.
- Ensure safety compliance and effective client interaction.
NOTE: Although based in Klerksdorp, the incumbent will be expected to assist at the Companys other Sites e.g. Carletonville area Benefits: standby/telephone allowance, company vehicle (business use).
