Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the conceptualizing, creation, execution, and tracking of multiple digital marketing campaigns for the digital products.
- Assist with campaign analysis and analytic model performance and interpretation.
- Assist with data analysis including customer demographics and segmentation to optimize marketing strategies.
- Assist with conceptualizing, strategizing, and management of revenue-generating media portfolio, which may include management of budgets, including P&L reporting.
- Monitor sales and delivery on set targets across multiple sales channels.
- Report on product performance and sales delivery.
- Assist with the communication and marketing material both internally (i.e., head office) and externally (e.g., agency or freelance designers).
- Monitor digital content products and assist with product improvements.
- Assist with research on possible new content categories.
- Assist with events, focus groups, ad hoc brand activations, prizes, incentive drives, and competitions where required.
- Quality check and ensure that all product documents and information adhere to legislation.
- Process purchase orders and invoices.
- Compile presentations in PowerPoint and reports in Excel.
- Assist with cross-platform digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage competitions, audits, and the database for products.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and that customer queries are dealt with timeously.
- General office administration.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Business or marketing related qualification degree/diploma.
- Minimum 2 years digital marketing and digital campaigns management.
- 2 years’ experience in a marketing administrative or coordinator role.
- Experience in managing and coordinating multiple campaigns.
- Strong understanding of all social media platforms and strategies.
- Interest in SEO, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
