The Role
You will be at the forefront of data-driven B2B lead generation, leveraging multiple platforms to scrape, enrich, and segment contact data. Your work will directly enable our sales and marketing teams to deliver impactful, results-oriented campaigns. This role also includes designing and executing multichannel automated outreach campaigns, with a strong emphasis on email deliverability and technical optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Enrichment: Source and manage high-quality contact data from platforms like Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Cognism. Enrich data using tools like Clay (or learn it on the job).
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and optimize multichannel outreach campaigns, collaborating closely with the sales team.
- Technical Expertise in Email Delivery: Ensure email deliverability by managing domains, avoiding spam filters, and applying best practices in IP/domain warm-up.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Explore new outreach channels like voicemail drops or AI-driven tools, continuously measuring and improving campaign performance.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a data-first mindset and loves to experiment with cutting-edge tools and techniques.
- Is skilled in technical platforms such as Phantombuster, Clay, Apollo, and email automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo or Snov.io).
- Is experienced in handling high-volume B2B email campaigns and optimizing deliverability rates.
- Understands data compliance and privacy regulations.
- Demonstrates independence, motivation, and excellent self-management skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital lead generation and cold B2B email marketing.
- Technical proficiency in data scraping, CRM integration, multichannel outreach, and web/email analytics.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
