About the job Sourcing Implementation Lead
The Sourcing Implementation Lead will be responsible for managing and executing the procurement of goods, services and information technology (IT) systems. The role requires strong leadership skills and liaise with suppliers on sourcing and cost reduction initiatives. You'll also have to identify potential savings opportunities within your organization through research, analysis or benchmarking. You'll need to keep abreast of industry trends by regularly reading publications, attending conferences and networking with colleagues around the world.
Requirements:
- Lead Opportunity Identification Savings workshops within Centres of Excellence (COE)
- Confirmed addressable spend from category strategies (category strategy driven by COE)
- Work with Infrastructure EA teams to obtain Infrastructure Roadmap to aid in Category & Sourcing Strategies development
- Work with Application team to obtain Application Roadmap and manufacturing Digital roadmap to aid in Category & Sourcing Strategies development
- Present Big Bets Savings opportunities for F23 to leadership team after COE and BU stakeholders engagement
- Onboard and train Leadership team, wider GDT team, COE and BU on category & sourcing strategies
- Drafting and finalization of category strategies and sourcing strategies for each COE and the selected initiatives
- Complete Vendor Segmentation via Krajlic Model and add onto Category and sourcing strategies
- Deliver a sourcing approach/ plan how we going to execute these initiatives, capacity required and timelines to deliver
- Negotiate the most cost effective solution with Service Providers of the selected initiative
- Measure and report on savings WIP, fully executed and roll over to next Fiscal year
- Conduct legal contract reviews on identified savings opportunities
- Operationalize and execute Vendor Governance Framework amongst global strategic vendors of Aspen through structured agenda
- Determine Measurement of Vendors through the Vendor Governance Framework
- Ensure that new contracts & addendums through TCO include benchmarking clause + VAT compliance
- Termination charges as directed by Group Legal and Group Tax
- Promote the rationalization and optimization of suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Procurement or a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in strategic sourcing implementation management required
- At least five years of experience in sourcing, including purchasing and procurement
- Experience with e-commerce, multi-cultural companies preferred
