Established company offering premium kitchenware and appliances is looking for a Branch Administrator to join their Durban based team.This position is ideal for an organized, diligent individual with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and communicate well both in writing and verbally.
Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly sales figures
Assist Agents with ordering of stock
Controlling reporting of Agent's demos
Handle client queriesvia phone and walk-ins
Order stock for agents, including demo stock and stationery
Process supplier payment requests
Manage petty cash
Compile weekly and month-end reports
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience
Computer literacy and proficiency in iQ Retail, SAGE, CRM, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
