Degree in Marketing / Business Administration ,
Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role , preferably within the
BUILDING / CONSTRUCTION industry (minimum 5 years )
Strong
understanding of modern sales techniques and marketing channels , including digital platforms
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth
and achieving financial targets
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
