JobPurpose
The successful candidatewill have strong, relevant experience across all areas ofEmployment Tax playing a key role nationally, locally and instrategic markets. You will have a curiosity to grow the ForvisMazars Employment Tax service line and look for newopportunities to shape our offerings both in the present and in thefuture.
You will have continued support ingrowing your career and be actively involved in shaping theEmployment Tax business, through team structure, focus andtechnology.

Role &Responsibilities
- Be alead internal and external contact
- Buildrelationships across the business and improve awareness of ourEmployment Tax Reward services
- Work withStrategic Markets to develop go to market strategies
- Co-ordinate with other team members to work in acollaborative style
- Train more junior teammembers, including our Graduate and School Leavercolleagues
- Develop own internal network tosupport our clients
Skills, Knowledge andExperience
- Holds arelevant professional qualification (e.g. ATT, CTA) and hasrelevant experience
- Demonstrates strongtechnical knowledge on Employment Tax areas
- Able to build good internal and externalrelationships
- Experience of managing projectsand supporting clients over long term relationships
- Good presentation skills
- Stronginterpersonal and client handling skills
- Performance Management experience
- Likes to learn and develop
- Keen tobuild on business development skills and develop businessopportunities locally, nationally and strategically throughbuilding good relationships
