The mission of this role is to provide personalised, timely assistance that enables our CEO and executive team to perform at their best. Your primary focus will be managing the CEO’s calendar and delivering comprehensive support, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements for the CEO and select executive members. You will play a key role in improving the overall operational efficiency of Electrum.
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent experience and training
- 5+ years experience providing executive support
- Experience with managing business travel and accommodation
- Experience with communication from the office of the CEO
- Experience with doing research, presentations and reports
- Experience with supporting board meetings (schedule, preparation, tracking actions, etc)
In addition to the above, you will have:
- Strong administration skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- Excellent skills in organisation, project planning and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
