Due to continued growth for this specialist manufacturing business based in Bromborough, there is now a need for a Production Manager who will ensure delivery of manufacturing projects to a high standard.
Within this key role for the business, responsibilities will be to: -
Oversee production processes, ensuring accurate and efficient schedules are confirmed and maintained.
Ensure products are produced and delivered on time and to the required specifications.
Managing a team of six direct reports and a total team of fifty employees.
Manage a cost-effective production schedule.
Identify and develop continuous improvement opportunities.
Ensure health and safety is a priority at all times.
The successful Production Manager will: -
Have gained their experience within a manufacturing environment.
Have excellent team engagement and development experience.
Lead by example.
Be a strong communicator.
Enjoy continuous improvement activities.
On offer: -
Salary circa 55,000
Flexible working hours - 40 Hour week
