As a Sales Manager / Lead , you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and expanding the company’s international footprint. You will also master top-tier B2B sales skills while contributing significantly to the growth and success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Outreach and Client Research: Proactively research global target clients and opportunities, identifying and engaging with potential clients in both local and international markets.
- Lead Generation and Relationship Building: Generate leads and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders through internal and external networking, including attending approved conferences.
- Daily Work Schedule Planning: Organize and plan a daily work schedule to reach out to both existing and potential leads, focusing on decision-makers.
- Outbound Sales Management: Lead outbound sales and business development campaigns, managing outreach to new target clients to secure meetings.
- Client Engagement: Engage directly with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers, performing product demonstrations and supporting senior management with pricing proposals and RFP negotiations.
- Deal Closing: Drive deals through all stages, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to final agreement and implementation.
- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships to create new business opportunities and expand international reach.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s platform, its features, and technical specifications to effectively demonstrate value to potential clients.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Attend weekly business development/sales meetings, providing insights on sales figures, goals, and challenges encountered.
- Feedback for Improvement: Collaborate with the Client Management and IT teams by providing feedback to improve platform functionality and increase market share.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Qualified CA, CFA (Level 2/3), Lawyer, or Product Specialist .

- Experience in selling a SaaS platform.
- Proven track record in target-driven sales roles.
