Camps Bay Village is a stylish beachside retreat located just steps from the iconic Camps Bay beachfront and are seeking to find an Executive Housekeeper to join its exceptional team. This collection of contemporary, self-catering apartments and villas offers guests the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern luxury, ideal for both families and couples. Are you detail-oriented with strong technical abilities in a fast-paced environment?
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Maintenance Technician with a proven track record in facility upkeep and repair. You should be able to adapt at troubleshooting, providing hands-on support, and performing well under pressure. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle tasks with precision and attention to safety, ensuring every maintenance issue is resolved efficiently and with care.
What is required:
To manage and supervise the Facilities team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the required standards. Long-term preventative measured should be done ongoingly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
- Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
- Diploma/Certificate in project management/facilities management
- Valid driver’s licence essential
- Valid First Aid certification advantageous
- Valid Fire Marshall and Evacuation certification advantageous
- 3-5 years of previous experience in the same or similar position in the hospitality industry.
- Familiar with all duties and procedures in the Maintenance Department
