Key Responsibilities - Operate and maintain extruder machines efficiently to produce high-quality pasta or pastry products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the production area.
Perform routine maintenance and minor electrical work as needed.
