Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare teaching materials.
Identify learning outcomes and ensure guideline understanding.
Assess and moderate student progress.
Provide ongoing student support.
Manage administrative tasks, including record maintenance and compliance.
Evaluate training effectiveness regularly.
Assist learners requiring additional support.
Prepare and update training reports.
Process documents accurately and promptly.
Facilitate various training programs, including leadership and apprenticeships.
Instruct learners in machine part repair using welding tools.
Align equipment and follow technical manuals.
Disassemble and reassemble machine parts as needed.
Qualifications:
Relevant education or training qualification (NQF 5+).
Millwright Trade Test and PLC fault finding skills Red Seal.
Assessor and Moderator certification for Generic Management Qualification (NQF Level 4).
Basic health and safety knowledge and proficiency in Arc and Tig welding.
Work Experience:
2 to 3 years of facilitating experience.
Proven leadership facilitation and assessment experience.
Familiarity with legislative and quality assurance requirements.
