Key Performance Areas:
- Develop SCM policy, the purpose is to ensure compliance with National Treasure Regulations, PFMA and other practice notes.
- Establish and implement processes and procedures for procuring goods and services. This is to ensure that internal controls are in place and adhered to:
o Make sure that irregular, fruitless and wasteful expenditure is avoided.
- Manage the organizations Tendering and RFQ processes, by ensuring that bid committees are established to ensure compliance with PFMA and National Treasury Regulations.
- Managing the suppliers contracts by ensuring that long-term contracts are entered info for continuous supply and or provision of service.
o Negotiate long-term contracts to ensure good value and reliable services.

Preferred Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in (Supply Chain, Finance or Public Admin)
Minimum Experience Required:
- 8 years experience, 3 years should be in management.
