Site Supervisor with experience gained in the Construction industry needed in Blackheath, Cape Town.
Start date: Immediately
The Site Supervisor will oversee new builds and facility upgrades under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
The role:
- Ensure projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within scope.
- Supervise and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
- Interpret and apply architectural drawings to ensure project accuracy.
- Manage and direct small team of on-site contractors to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Leverage 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with a strong background in building and construction.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting all deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and services & understanding of architectural drawings!
- Strong communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
- Valid drivers license & own vehicle
- Willingness to travel and oversee national projects as required.
