Qualifications that must be met:
* Senior level corporate leadership/management experience, mid-career professionals (aged preferrable between 40-50) male candidates preferred, though exceptional candidates outside this range will be considered.
* Established professional network in at least two leading South African financial planning (insurance) brands (L&D), talented, leadership development, sales channels)
* Strong connections with regularity bodies, industries associations and related networks
* Experience in adjacent sectors such as short-term insurance, accounting or executive sales leadership would be an advantage
* Have a strong passion for the value of learning, particularly in addressing unfairness among disadvantage groups
* Financially motivated, driven by revenue targets, incentives and commissions
* Committed to tackling critical social media issues such as unemployment, inequality and exclusion with practical lasting solutions
Key responsibilities:
* Establish and develop new business relationships
* Identify clients' needs and business challenges and manage leads effectively throughout the deal lifecycle
* Maintain client presence
* Ensure data integrity in CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records
