Fixmasters Appliance Repairs is looking for an experienced appliance technician around Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Performing repair and maintenance work on customers' appliances.
- Providing rough estimates to customers on timelines for repairing damaged or malfunctioning appliances.
- Visiting clients’ homes and fixing their appliances.
- Disassembling, diagnosing, and replacing faulty parts, and reassembling appliances.
- Explaining to clients how to use appliances properly.
- Managing spare part utilization and reporting.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Matric.
- Technical Certificate or Diploma.
- Must be located in Cape Town.
- Proven work experience as an Appliance Repair Service Technician.
- Proven experience repairing, installing, and maintaining home appliances.
- The ability to use various hand tools.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- The ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
