Job Title: Cladding Supervisor – Poultry Building Projects
Location: North-West & Nationwide
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and assisting with the installation of roof and side cladding (single skin, twin-skin, and composite panels).
- Timber framework, doors, guttering, and flashing installation.
- Ensuring accurate work through the interpretation of technical drawings.
- Leading by example with a strong focus on health and safety.
- Motivating and guiding the team to complete projects on time and to high standards.
- Be the point of contact for Site Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a management role.
- Cladding and construction experience is beneficial.
- Steel erection experience (desirable but not required).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to health and safety.
- Ambition, a positive attitude, and the drive to learn and lead.
- Valid CSCS (Desirable)
- IPAF or MEWP Licence (Desirable)

Pay: £16.00 – £18.00 per hour
