Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide facilities administrative support to the Business to ensure the effective day-to-day operations and business continuity in a safe environment with managed risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with the Site coordinators, Facilities Management, Company Support teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Asset management – Accurate equipment lists management and equipment tracking between sites.
- Site Budget tracking and reporting.
- Following up on PR/PO creation, invoices verification against job cards, and track payments.
- Assisting in the collation and verification of monthly/weekly SLA reports & invoices with the Regional Technical Manager.
- Monthly technical reports.
- Monthly HVAC reports.
- Reduce electrical consumption.
- Risk audits.
- Track SLA of FM supplier.
- Track service reports.
- Standby.
- Ensure HVAC are operating at optimal levels.
- Fault finding.
- Training of handymen staff.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years’ HVAC experience especially with VRV, Chilled, PAC units etc.
- Be able to work independently.
- Advance Problem solving.
- Complex Fault finding.
- Advanced electrical and plumbing.
- Qualified HVAC technician.
- Health and safety.
- Data Centre management experience.
- Power management.
- PLC controls.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
- Task orientated and meticulous.
- Good report writing skills.
- Initiative but cautious.
- High focus on quality, good attention to detail.
