Icebolethu Burial Services is currently in search of a suitable candidate to apply for the position of District Funeral Planner based in Ferndale, Randburg . The successful incumbent will be required to perform tasks supporting the Funeral Planning Department .
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12
- A qualification in Sales, Logistics and/or Funeral industry qualification
- Computer Literate
Experience and Knowledge Required
- Min 1-2 years’ experience in administration
- Knowledge in system Easipol is an added advantage
- Own vehicle (advantageous)
Skills and Competencies Required
- Planning and organizing skills
- Futuristic thinking
Key Performance Areas:
- Logistics planning and event management for funerals
- Providing administrative support to the burials team
- Ensuring that clients are well informed of the various value-added services Icebolethu Group can offer them for the funerals they will be arranging
- Utilizing relevant tools (Easipol and Excel among others) to ensure accurate record keeping
- Inter-departmental collaboration to ensure a zero-defect service to all clients
- Driving consistency and sustainability in funerals
