CK Africa Talent is seeking an experienced SHE Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing company in Rietvlei, Pretoria North . This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards while promoting a strong safety culture across the factory and associated quarries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control, audit, and maintain SHE systems.
- Conduct accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Produce safety-related reports and statistics.
- Train employees and contractors on SHE policies and procedures.
- Perform inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act and OSH Act .
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12); SHEQ qualification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a SHE supervisory role within manufacturing.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in English and Zulu, with strong knowledge of SHE legislation.
- Other: Valid Code EB (08) drivers license.
