Our client is looking for an individual that has experience as a laser salon manager.
Location: Durban North
Position is available to start in January 2025
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification in stomatology or relevant qualification, experience in laser treatments beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow protocol
- adaptability
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform laser treatments with Alma Harmony machine - training will be provided.
- Operate and maintain laser equipment
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Maintain safe and clean working conditions and salon environment
- Promote salon / marketing
- Consult with clients and customer relations
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies
- Assess skin conditions
- Detailed record keeping of client files, treatments.
- Receiving and keeping track of payments and income and expenses.
- Ensuring salon profitability
- Managing staff, rosters and staff performance
