Sunbury based freight forwarder are seeking an Accounts Supervisor to join their friendly team. Salary up to 38,000 + private health & dental cover.
Duties will include:
- End-to-end bookkeeping and accounting
- Performed accruals, prepayments
- Handled expense reporting & bank reconciliations
- Credit control duties
- General accounts duties
- Purchase ledger
- Daily bank reconciliation of GBP Sterling, Euro & USD accounts
- Conducted month-end reporting, including trial balance preparation & statutory accounts
- Prepare & file VAT returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Preparation of year-end accounts & payroll
- Adhoc duties
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Sage 50, Excel desirable
- Experience in freight forwarding industry an advantage
