About the Role:
We are recruiting for our client based in Tamworth, who are seeking Collection Officers to recover B2B (Business-to-Business) debts in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to recover outstanding B2B debts.
Maintain a professional and calm approach when handling any situation, ensuring all interactions remain positive and effective.
Meet and exceed collection targets through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Work comfortably in a 90% telephone-based role with all calls being monitored for quality and performance.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client relationships are maintained while focusing on debt recovery goals.
Follow company policies, training, and processes to achieve the best outcomes.

The ability to remain calm, resilient, and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
A thick-skinned approach, with the ability to handle conversations confidently without taking offence.

A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
Training & Support: Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge to succeed in the role. Your earnings will be directly linked to your collection performance, giving you the opportunity to earn excellent rewards based on results.
Hours of Work:
4 days are: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
1 day is: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
