Location: Weymouth, Dorset
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum + Overtime
Shift Pattern:
- Sunday: 18 30
- Monday: 16 00
- Tuesday: 14 00
- Wednesday: 16 00
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Print Assistant Team Leader to join our team in Weymouth on a permanent late shift. In this hands-on role, you will support the team in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee web offset printing machinery.
- Support and lead the team to meet production and quality objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and production output.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in web offset printing is essential.
- Hands-on background as an offset printer, press technician, or in gravure manufacturing.
- Experience working with Man Roland printers is highly desirable.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide leadership support.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
