Customer Service Advisor/ Complaints Handler

This leading manufacturing company, based in Birmingham, is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service/Call Handler to join their team. This role starts in January, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Your new role
Handle customer complaints and enquiries efficiently and professionally.Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.Resolve issues promptly by identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call handling, or dealing with complaints.Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to resolve issues independently.Ability to work full-time in the office for the initial 12-week training period.Flexibility to transition to a hybrid working model with 2-3 days working from home.
