Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to oversee and manage a range of key financial responsibilities. The successful candidate will be entrusted with handling the following duties:
Your responsibilities:
The successful Accounts Administrator will be responsible for:
- Keep accounting books and records.
- Treasury monitoring.
- Treasury forecasts.
- Reconcile financial statements.
- Preparation of payments to suppliers.
- Billing management.
- Management of collection (clients).
- Monthly / annual accounting closings.
- Report financial information to HQ.
- Preparation of information for audits.
- Fulfilment in time and form of the tax obligations of the company.
- Other tasks inherent to an administration department.
- Payroll and new hires.
- Back Office and Warehouse administrative needs.
Minimum Requirements:
The successful Accounts Administrator will have the following experience:
- An analytical, proactive, autonomous, dynamic and problem-solving-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- The ability to work in a demanding environment, with rigor and strict deadlines.
- The capacity for constructive communication and collaboration with other departments.
- A demonstrable 2-4 years experience in similar departments and functions.
- An Accounting/Finance degree or full AAT.
- Knowledge of FI and CO modules of SAP.
- An ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure.
