Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a *Clinical Psychologist* to work within a specialist school based in the *West Midlands. *
*Role snapshot:*
The candidate appointed will be working for an employer who have clinical services within educational and care settings for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The successful candidate will be joining *school-based therapy team* who work with children ages 5-19 with ASD and/or SEMH needs and communication and social associated difficulties.
This is a new post created to help develop and embed the psychology input within this school. Supported by an assistant Psychologist, the post holder will work collaboratively with school staff to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our young people with a *systemic approach*.
*Contract type* – permanent and term time.
*Hours* – 4 days per week
*Salary* - £40,000 - £72,400 FTE
*Experience required:*
Clinical Psychologists applying will have *HCPC* registration along with experience working with young people with *SEMH* needs and *ASD*.
