We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Desk Attendant to join our team. The Desk Attendant’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
The Desk Attendant must be an excellent communicator, with an eye for detail and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be required to welcome and check in guests, answer enquiries, handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, process payments, and maintain a clean and orderly reception area.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer enquiries and provide information about the hotel services and local area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Process payments accurately and securely
• Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Provide general administrative support
• Ensure that the reception area is always well stocked
• Monitor CCTV activity
• Liaise with other departments as required
