Candidate Requirements:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Valid RSA ID
- Drivers License beneficial
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality related field would be advantageous
- At least 3 years of experience within the hospitality industry with a proven track record
- Be able to manage all group, conference and function bookings for the lodge
- Be computer literate and have working knowledge of OPERA
- Have excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Must be very organized and have great customer service skills
- Be able to conduct meetings professionally and with confidence
- Passionate about customer delight and creating memorable experiences for guests
- Be able to coordinate all F&B for functions held at the lodge
- Be a team player and have a warm personality
