Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills
- Grade 12
- APMP Certification - Association of Proposal Management Professionals
- 5 Years experience in working with Tenders
- Ability to handle pressure and work under strict deadlines
- Own transport
Duties:
- To provide national support for all Tenders, RFQs, RFIs and Vendor Assessment Questionnaires
- Online Tenders via client portals
- Submit competitive and compliant proposals
- To ensure compliance regarding company policy and procedure and overall compliance to the Bid /Tender requirements
- Ensure all national company legal documents are up to date
- To ensure that all submissions are prepared and submitted within the time constraints defined by the customer and of the highest quality
- Proofread and check all tender document / quotes before submission.
- Work with the Tender Manager in ensuring that bids/proposals are reviewed and approved, as necessary
- Monitor bid/quotation throughout the process, providing weekly status updates as required
- Assist Tender Manager with preparing monthly succession reports for management
- Build professional working relationships with external clients when required to be able to give the information the client requires
- The role also requires reviewing and editing previously written content where necessary, working with other bid team members to produce written bid responses in line with deadlines.
- In addition to crafting content for bid materials, the position entails aiding in the development of presentation slide decks and all accompanying documentation.
- This involves ensuring a unified and coherent approach across all aspects of the submission.
