Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Must have a Culinary qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Must have a clear understanding of dietaries and nutrition
- Must follow excellent hygiene practices
- Should be highly organized with great attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Should have good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Must be creative and passionate about food
- Should continually stay abreast of trends
- Must be able to confidently assist in any other sections of the kitchen
- Should be able to ensure the smooth running in the absence of Chef de Partie
- Must ensure that all company policies, procedures & SOPs are adhered to
- Should be an excellent team player
- Must be able to work shifts
- Should be friendly, presentable and a well-spoken individual
