About the job Internal Recruiter (Bulk Recruitment)
We are looking for an experienced high volume Internal Bulk Retail Recruiter to search and place amazing people within our clients stores. Contract position (Maternity Cover)
Requirements:
- Completed HR or related qualification
- Minimum of 3 years in a high volume hands on recruitment environment
Duties would include:
- Build relationships with Store Managers
- Communicate with Store management and relevant GM/Exec to get a clear view on their hiring needs
- Build relationships with service providers
- Maintain relationships and customer service with internal and external candidates
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Background checks and references
- Present shortlisted candidates
- Organise assessments where required
- Present candidate profile summaries
- Store visits
- Candidate feedback, manager feedback and timeous regrets
- Drive new store recruitment projects
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on hiring needs (new platforms etc.)
- Research into competitors and market place
- Ensure the database is kept clean and updated
- Suggest and drive improvements
- New starter files complete and accurate
- All recruitment admin done in a timeous manner
